I'd say pretty true to size, maybe a tiny bit generous if anything. My baby is almost 6 months and the 3-6 month stuff still fits well.

Kyte Baby is bamboo, so a different feel, but Cotton Muffins organic cotton is just as soft and comfy as the others you mentioned. My baby lives in their rompers.
